Did you know there is an abundant power within you?
Right now, in this very moment, name one inner strength power that you admire about yourself.
1._____________________________
Feel free to continue the list. As we have more inner strength than we give ourselves credit for. Does this resonate?
In what situation have you had to dig deep to apply this inner strength?
What situation are you in now that you could engage with this inner strength?
Did you forget you about your power?
Each morning I meditate, and incorporate a daily practice of a course in miracle, angel oracle cards, and Soul oracle cards. These tools have assisted me in opening up my true inner self, peeling away the layers of resistance, ego, and facilitating recognizing my own inner strengths.
My belief is that when my soul is happy, all falls into place. I define the soul as alignment of my spirit, body and mind. When these three are aligned, as when I know something is right, without reservation, this is when the soul is happy.
My loving companion, Abby, our golden-lab of 8 years is fighting cancer. Through her I remain in the moment and know love is all there is.
“Today I honor my inner beauty. I honor my inner strength. I have the power within me to overcome any obstacle. I move forward knowing I have everything I need, everything I desire, everything I intend. I honor my inner truth. I honor my inner love. The love for myself. The love for others. The love for life. I honor the unknown. Remaining in the moment. Bathing in the now. Marinating my spirit in pure joy. I love who I am. I love who I am. I love who I am. And so it is………………….”
Recognizing My Inner Strengths= My Soul Is Happy=I Am Zenfully Happy
I had the pleasure of attending Marianne Williamson’s lecture at a rare event with Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, John Bradshaw, Carolyn Myss, and Christiane Northrup in NYC 1989 upon the dawn of their budding careers. Throughout the years, I continue to stay connected with their messages for uplifting and personal empowerment.
Recently, while clearing a bookshelf, I stumbled upon Marianne Williamson’s book “The Age Of Miracles” and decided to read it again. Interesting is that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Do you find this to be true in your life too?
Marianne Williamson is an internationally acclaimed author, spiritual activist, lecturer and founder of The Peace Alliance, a grass roots campaign supporting legislation currently before Congress to establish a United States Department of Peace.
Six of her ten published books have been New York Times Best Sellers. Four of these have been #1 New York Times Best Sellers. A Return to Love is considered a must-read of The New Spirituality. A paragraph from that book, beginning “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…” – often misattributed to Nelson Mandela’s Inaugural address – is considered an anthem for a contemporary generation of seekers.
Marianne’s latest New York Times Best Seller is A Course in Weight Loss: 21 Spiritual Lessons for Surrendering Your Weight Forever. A Course in Weight Loss was selected by Oprah to be one of her Favorite Things in 2010. Marianne’s other books include The Age of Miracles, Everyday Grace, A Woman’s Worth, Illuminata, Healing the Soul of America and The Gift of Change.
She has been a popular guest on television programs such as Oprah, Larry King Live, Good Morning America and Charlie Rose.
Marianne is a native of Houston, Texas. In 1989, she founded Project Angel Food, a meals-on-wheels program that serves homebound people with AIDS in the Los Angeles area. Today, Project Angel Food serves over 1,000 people daily.
In December 2006, a NEWSWEEK magazine poll named Marianne Williamson one of the fifty most influential baby boomers. According to Time magazine, “Yoga, the Cabala and Marianne Williamson have been taken up by those seeking a relationship with God that is not strictly tethered to Christianity.”
One prayer written in the book resonated for me and thought it might for you too.
Dear God, Please help me to forgive myself
for what I did and did not do.
Pour forth upon me
Your infinite mercy,
that my life might be redeemed
Take away my shame, dear God,
and heal my broken heart.
As we become purer channels for God’s light, we develop an appetite for the sweetness that is possible in this world. A miracle worker is not geared toward fighting the world that is, but toward creating the world that could be. Marianne Williamson
As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others. Marianne Williamson
Dear God, Please send to me the spirit of Your peace. Then send, dear Lord, the spirit of peace from me to all the world. Amen. Marianne Williamson
Fill you mind with the meaningless stimuli of a world preoccupied with meaningless things, and it will not be easy to feel peace in your heart. Marianne Williamson
Forgiveness is not always easy. At times, it feels more painful than the wound we suffered, to forgive the one that inflicted it. And yet, there is no peace without forgiveness. Marianne Williamson
God exists in eternity. The only point where eternity meets time is in the present. The present is the only time there is. Marianne Williamson
I deepen my experience of God through prayer, meditation, and forgiveness. Marianne Williamson
If I choose to bless another person, I will always end up feeling more blessed. Marianne Williamson
If you give your life as a wholehearted response to love, then love will wholeheartedly respond to you. Marianne Williamson
In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it. Marianne Williamson
In our natural state, we are glorious beings. In the world of illusion, we are lost and imprisoned, slaves to our appetites and our will to false power. Marianne Williamson
Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are. Marianne Williamson
Love is what we were born with. Fear is what we learned here. Marianne Williamson
Maturity includes the recognition that no one is going to see anything in us that we don’t see in ourselves. Stop waiting for a producer. Produce yourself. Marianne Williamson
May we not succumb to thoughts of violence and revenge today, but rather to thoughts of mercy and compassion. We are to love our enemies that they might be returned to their right minds. Marianne Williamson
Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them. In this sense everything that comes from love is a miracle. Marianne Williamson
Nothing liberates our greatness like the desire to help, the desire to serve. Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. Marianne Williamson
I am entrusted with the gifts of God. What does this mean? Let me begin with a personal story. Yesterday I received a call in the morning from Larry, a person I’ve known off and on for many years whom I met years ago through business. Larry is a gifted hypnotherapist, and our paths have crossed perhaps 4 times in the past 5 years.
Larry and I reconnected a few months ago when he placed an ad on Craigslist seeking an event planner. Even though we did not work together in this nature, Larry and I kept thinking how can we work together. The phone rang yesterday and it was Larry asking me if I wanted to be a guest on his radio show, Weird Huh, to talk about social media. I had no idea what he was going to speak about, but I just went with it. I had an inner trust, even though I am uncomfortable with being put on the spot. I trust Larry.
The show was about the events that begin from an early age that shapes where we are now. Our natural abilities, and the paths we take, the choices we make, and how we show up for ourselves. Larry had brought me along on a path of realizing some things that i didn’t really know about myself. At the end of the show Larry asked me “Would you be interested in teaching a social media class for about 10 people? I will provide the location and you can teach people about social media.” Hmmm. I paused for a moment. “Sure” I said, but with hesitance. Thinking about this, I’ve noticed lately a hesitance, a negating to opportunities that have been placed on my path. Why? Fear. The past. False beliefs.
Simply crazy because I ask for signs, I ask to be shown, and when it appears, what do I do with it? Can you relate? Are there moments that you are given a gift, only for you to shrug it off? Say no, when you’ve been asking the universe to supply? How many times have you been given an opportunity to share your gifts and you block the path?
Let’s back up to the point of this story. I was blessed a few nights ago to meet Michael Mirdad, who is traveling from Bellingham, Washington conducting spiritual workshops on Living Mastery, Miracles, and inner healing. His workshop on Miracles sparked me to revisit A Course In Miracles, which I studied many years ago. (When the student is ready, the teacher appears).
So, let me ask you…..
What are the gifts you were born with?
What are your natural talents and abilities?
When you were a child, what were you drawn to naturally?
Take your time in thinking about this. Listen Here
For me, creative thinking, ideas, inspiring others, being an initiator, communication, positiveness, a thirst for knowledge and growth, digging deeper, challenging myself and others, openness, creativity, a knack for thrift store bargains (part of the digging deeper), and a deep spiritual connection.
If you want more information about Weird Huh Click here
From Larry calling and asking me to teach a class on social media, I didn’t even recognize that I was negating opportunities presented, and realizing patterns of perhaps other openings offered. I thank spirit for opening my heart and mind, for the people who are teachers on my path to help me recognize truths. When I am given an opportunity to share my natural gifts, I now take it as a sign from the universe. Fear is the only illusion that I allow to block me from infinite spirit (GOD). Where do you do the same?

Have you heard of Laughter Yoga? Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine developed by Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria (www.laughteryoga.org). It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing (Pranayama) which brings in more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic and healthy.
Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes and comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group but with eye contact and childlike playfulness it turns into real and contagious laughter. It is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between fake and real laughter.
It is being practiced in companies and corporations, fitness centers, yoga studios, seniors centers, schools, colleges, universities, physically and mentally challenged and self-help cancer groups.
Laughter Yoga has been widely covered by media which includes prestigious publications like TIME magazine, The New Yorker, BBC, CNN, The Today Show, The Dr. Oz Show and Oprah Winfrey.
What happens in a Laughter Session?
A typical Laughter Yoga session is led by a laughter leader or teacher who controls the group, gives instructions for different laughter, breathing and stretching exercises. There are four steps of Laughter Yoga – clapping, breathing, childlike playfulness and laughter exercises.
It starts with warm up exercises like clapping, chanting ho ho ha ha followed by different laughter exercises where people are encouraged to laugh louder and heartily from the belly. These exercises are interspersed with deep breathing. We encourage participants to cultivate child like playfulness and eye contact which leads to real and spontaneous.
1. Personal Life: Laughter Yoga will help to add more laughter to your life, develop a sense of humor and a smile. You will feel more self confident, have a positive outlook, hope and optimism. It changes your mood within minutes and if your mood is good, everything seems good and you are at your best everywhere.
2. Business life: Your output and performance depends on your energy level. For optimal functioning of the brain, you need 25% more oxygen than any other body organs. Laughter Yoga increases the supply of oxygen, not only to the brain but to the entire body to help you work more than normal and efficiently.
3. Health Benefits: Laughter Yoga is a powerful cardio workout; in fact 10 minutes of hearty laughter is equal to 30 minutes on a rowing machine. It decreases the negative effects of stress on your body which is the root cause of all illnesses. Laughing Yoga is a single exercise that deals with physical, mental and emotional stress simultaneously. It also strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure, controls blood sugar and keeps your heart healthy. It is a powerful antidote against depression – the number one sickness today.
4. Social Life: The quality of life and life satisfaction does not depend on how much money, power, position and success you have; rather it depends on the number of good friends with whom one has a caring and sharing relationship. This appreciation and acknowledgment helps in emotional development. Laughter Yoga is a positive energy which quickly connects you with people and helps to make friends easily.
5. Inner Spirit of Laughter: Laughter Yoga will teach you how to keep your spirits high when you face challenges in life. It promotes a positive mental attitude to help you cope with negative situations and deal with difficult persons in a much better way than a normal person.
Here are some testimonials about
“Lighten the energy on the planet. Life changing experience for people. Laugh, share laughter and bring joy into the world.”

This is a rich universe and there is plenty for all of us.
Overflowing Abundance is my true state of being. I am now ready to accept it fully and joyfully.
Infinite spirit is the unfailing, unlimited source of all my supply.
It is my natural right to be prosperous and zenfully happy.
I am now prosperous and zenfully happy. I am now prosperous and zenfully happy.
The more I prosper, the more I have to share with everyone else. The universe is complete abundance.
I’m ready now to accept all the prosperity and joy life has to offer me. I now take responsibility for creating my world as a happy, abundant place for everyone. Financial success is mine easily and effortlessly. I am now enjoying great financial prosperity. I am now enjoying perfect health. I claim my share.
Life is meant to be fun and I’m now willing to enjoy it. Infinite riches are now flowing freely into my life. I am rich in consciousness and manifestation. I now have more than enough money for my own personal use. I now have a satisfying income of $_____________ ( you fill in the blank) per month. Every day I’m growing more financially prosperous.
I am rich, I am well. I am zenfully happy. I am whole. I am well. I am blessed. I am zenfully happy.
And so it is……
Experts say that it takes 21 days of repeating a task to become a habit. Can a prosperity mindset become a habit? Try it for 21 days and see.
Grace inspires change from the inside out. India is brimming with references to grace (kripa) as the ultimate key required for spiritual self-realization. Some, such as the ancient sage Vasistha, in his classical work Yoga Vasistha, considered it to be the only way to transcend the bondage of lifetimes of karma. One Hindu philosopher, Madhvacharya, held that grace was not a gift from God, but rather must be earned.
Divine grace is the turning point in the spiritual evolution of a shackled soul. Mystics of all spiritual traditions speak of it, often quite eloquently, in their hymns, books, teachings, which are testimony to their spiritual experience.
All experiences are learning processes in the evolution of the soul towards liberation and it learns through the pain and pleasure it undergoes. Spiritual enlightenment is subtle to obtain, practicing moment by moment faith, and trust towards spiritual truth. Spiritual progress involves surrendering oneself of the ego.
Where in your life have you experienced this?
Where have you been led and you didn’t even know why, you just knew it was right?
How do you meet your challenges with grace?
For reference to this blog, I personally relate inner grace to………
Inner Beauty~ Inner Wisdom~ Inner Joy ~Inner Being ~Inner Grace
Here is a mediation to help you walk through life gracefully, and behold your inner grace.
Take a moment for yourself. Be with nature. Sit under a willow tree, on the beach, or in a peaceful place you feel comfortable.
Take a deep breath in..hold for a moment..release.
Repeat three times, allowing yourself to relax.
Feel free to stay in the moment by taking a few more wonderful deep inhalations and exhales.
Release all you are holding on to. Release. Release. Release.
I take this precious moment..my moment
To appreciate myself. Appreciate myself.
I am a unique person. Loving. Precious. Special.
I release and surrender. Surrender.(Breathe, exhale)
As I surrender, I begin to recognize the real me.
The inner me.
The graceful me.
I appreciate my talents.
I appreciate my gifts.
I appreciate my abilities.
I now embrace my life with grace.
I embrace my inner grace.
My inner grace. My inner grace.
I am whole. I am whole.
I am safe.
I am loved.
I love myself.
With grace.
I care about myself.
With grace.
My life unfolds perfectly,
With grace.
I am grace.
I am grace.
I am grace. And so it is…………….. (Now give yourself a big hug)

I was at a health event yesterday and ran into a business acquaintance who I haven’t seen in a while, other than on facebook. Little does she know I have great admiration for her.
While we were talking, I turned to her and said “You are an amazing woman, a powerhouse.”. She did not respond, and I decided to say it again. “You are amazing, a powerhouse.” She carefully shoved the compliment to the side.
I turned to her and said “Just say thank you. Thank you.” Allowing a space for her to recognize the beauty in herself. The gifts, inspirations and talents she owns. She was resistant and I said it again. Just say thank you.
My question to you is……
Are you willing to see (accept) your magnificence?
Are there times when someone gives you a compliment only for that compliment to be dismissed BY YOU?
Why is it that we can compliment others but not give ourselves credit when credit is due?
I am here to remind you to thank yourself, for the beauty in you, the gifts you bestow, for the gestures you give to others. Think for a moment and fill in the blank.
I thank myself for _________________. (Go on, I know you can do it) I thank myself for ___________________.
There is no one on the planet like me.
I am an original
I am AUTHENTIC.
I am one of a kind, alive to offer a unique and special gift.
I am an AUTHENTIC imprint, alive to show the world my magnificence
I am as spirit created me
I am magnificent. I am Glorious. I am divine.
I am original. I am divine. Fr this I am so grateful. So grateful. So blessed. So magnificent.
And so it is……
Each morning upon waking, take a moment place your hands over your heart, picturing a warm glowing light radiating from your hands. Say “I am the light”. While in this state, say to yourself, whether it silently or out loud the above affirmation.

Is there a moment in time you recall being so happy, you could describe it as Zenfully Happy? “Zenfully Happy” is a state of pure happiness. Want to Share Your Happy Moment Here?
Here are some examples of a Zenfully Happy Moment…………..
“I just found out I’m about to be a grandma”
” I met the man of my dreams”
“I just landed my dream job”
“I just found out I am now cancer free”
“I read the best book, You can heal your life”
“I’m happy to be alive”
“When I fit into my size 10 dress”
“My happiest moment was when I walked down the aisle and realized I am about to marry the best guy in the world.”
It took me a while to accept this in myself. A healer? It felt uncomfortable at first, to claim this as truth, and then as I pondered this thought, it made so much sense.
Think about when someone smiles at you. Could you consider this a gesture of healing? Do you feel good when someone genuinely smiles at you? Someone you love and trust hugs you? Touches your hand? Does it spark warm feelings?
And when you share your smile with the world, could you consider this to be a form of healing? Is it possible that you are a healer?
Definition of Healing
Healing means to to make sound, well or healthy again, restore, free from grief, troubles, to make up, reconcile, tending to cure or restore to health or balance . Healing is a “sign gift” which enables one to function as an instrument of God’s healing grace in the lives of hurting people. The gifts of healing include miraculous healing of the body, the mind, the emotions, and relationships.
Restoration to health or wholeness, to perfect Balance, Harmony and Equilibrium: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually; process or act based on the Principle of the Spoken Word, movement from a lesser to a higher rate of vibration and state of consciousness.
Definition of Healer
A “healer” can also be defined as a person or thing that heals but specifically one who tries to heal through prayer, faith, energy and soul work and understands the natural self-healing properties inherent in the Universe and within us.
Every morning I meditate and ask the angels, my spirit guides, to bring me messages through angel cards. One of the cards presented today was the nurture card. This sparked spirit to communicate this to you.
When you were a child, think of the activities, ideas, friends, events that made you feel good. Did you love to play hopscotch? Did you love to color? Did you love to collect or build something? Did you love to laugh?
As the years progress, why have you stopped doing these things? What can you do today that will nurture your inner child? No matter what age we are, wouldn’t you agree you can feel that inner child within you? The moments that connect you to the playful child in you, that place that made you feel so good, so happy.
Today, why not do something to connect with that inner child? Even if it is for 10 minutes. RIGHT NOW think of what you loved as a kid. NOW give yourself permission to be silly, and connect with your inner child. Laugh, sing, blow bubbles, do cartwheels, hug a doll, trampoline, swing on a swing, climb the monkey bars, play baseball, play with silly string, color in a coloring book, finger paint, and most of all, have fun!

Isn’t it important to be happy? Isn’t it a birthright? Here is an affirmation that I have found as a beginning to ponder on.
I AM ENOUGH………I AM ENOUGH
Breathe……..picture your heart, pink, radiating a glow surrounding your heart. The first step is to love yourself. Honor yourself. Honor yourself. Take that pink light, the warm pink radiating light, and feel the warmth. Feel the love, the peace. Breathe. You are loved. You are loved. Take this love with you throughout the day. And so it is………….

In today’s stressful times, and we are pulled in many directions, taking a moment or two to practice grounding exercises can help you de-stress and become centered again. When we are centered, we are Zenfully Happy. Wouldn’t you agree?
Another great exercise, one that I practice quite often when I feel anxious, stressed, scattered, is the the following.
Take a deep breath in…hold for a few seconds..exhale…
Repeat three times, or if your body is desiring more, then certainly give it what it needs.
You can stand or sit with your feet planted on the floor. I then picture a red ball and place this giant red ball between the hip bones. Picture it, growing brighter. Heavier. Heavier. Expanding. Expanding. Feel the weight of the red ball.
Picture this red ball traveling down your legs, slowly, touching every muscle, cell, tissue, and reaching through your feet and toes. Picture the red ball growing roots into the ground. Deeper. Deeper. Deeper. Deeper. Reaching the center of Mother Earth. Breathe.
“I am safe. I am safe. I am connected to mother earth and I ground myself. I am here and now. here and now. I am connected to every living being. I am safe. I am whole. I am safe. I am whole.”
Breathe. Repeat through out the day to get into the practice of remaining grounded. Working on ourselves towards Zenful Happiness is practice. Practice then becomes habit and you will begin to automatically put into practice this exercise no matter where you are.

Allow Jeremiel help you to look inside at what you’ve learned in your life thus far and how these valuable lessons are a empowering asset for you today, tomorrow and always.”
Ask yourself: “What patterns in my life are not serving me well and for my highest good? What steps can I take to release these patterns?” Sit with this question. Let it simmer. You know the truth inside. It’s ok to sit with it for awhile. Forgive yourself, knowing it is a journey. Life is a journey. Spiritual growth is a journey. Allow it to unfold. Ask Jeremiel to guide you.
One of Jermiels’s purposes is to help newly crossed-over souls review their lives. He also helps those who are still living to make life reviews.

“I serve all life with love and kindness.”
“I serve myself with love and kindness.” Thank you, Thank you, Thank you….
I don’t live in a bubble. I know life is filled with negativity coming at us from all angles. I know what it’s like to wrestle with negative thoughts. I know what it’s like to be fearful and worry. Guess what, we are human! We each have different situations, some more challenging than others, but at the same time, in each moment, we choose how we react to all of it.

Thich Nhat Hanh is a Vietnamese Buddhist monk. During the war in Vietnam, he worked tirelessly for reconciliation between North and South Vietnam. His lifelong efforts to generate peace moved Martin Luther King, Jr. to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1967.
He lives in exile in a small community in France where he teaches, writes, gardens, and works to help refugees worldwide. He has conducted many mindfulness retreats in Europe and North America helping veterans, children, environmentalists, psychotherapists, artists and many thousands of individuals seeking peace in their hearts, and in their world.
“Every day we do things, we are things that have to do with peace. If we are aware of our life…, our way of looking at things, we will know how to make peace right in the moment, we are alive.”
Thich Nhat Hanh now lives in southwestern France, where he founded a retreat center twelve years ago. At the center, Plum Village, he continues to teach, write, and garden. Plum Village houses only thirty monks, nuns, and laypeople, but thousands from around the globe call it home. Accommodation is readily available for short-term visitors seeking spiritual relief, for refugees in transit, or for activists in need of inspiration.
Thich Nhat Hanh gathers people of diverse nationalities, races, religions, and sexes in order to expose them to mindfulness-taking care in the present moment, being profoundly aware and appreciative of life.
Despite the fact that he is now 85 years of age, his strength as a world leader and spiritual guide grows. He has written more than seventy-five books of prose, poetry, and prayers. Most of his works have been geared toward the Buddhist reader, yet his teachings appeal to a wide audience.
For at least a decade, Thich Nhat Hanh has visited the United States every other year; he draws more and more people with each tour, Christian, Jewish, atheist, and Zen Buddhist alike. His philosophy is not limited to preexistence religious structures, but speaks to the individual’s desire for wholeness and inner calm.
In 1993, he drew a crowd of some 1,200 people at the National Cathedral in Washington DC, led a retreat of 500 people in upstate New York, and assembled 300 people in West Virginia. His popularity in the United States inspired the mayor of Berkeley, California, to name a day in his honor and the Mayor of New York City declared a Day of Reconciliation during his 1993 visit. Clearly, Thich Nhat Hanh is a human link with a prophetic past, a soft-spoken advocate of peace, Buddhist community, and the average American citizen.
Each and every one of has a set of distinctive talents, gifts, feelings, appearance, personalities, and such. Have you taken the time to recognize what makes you special? Unique? Do you give yourself credit for these gifts? Are you making the most of them? If not, why is that? Do you focus on the negative, such as “If only I lost weight, If only I had a better job, If only I could be more like her”, comparing yourself to others?
Let me set the record straight, RIGHT NOW. No matter who you are, no matter where you come from, no matter where you’ve been, and no matter where you are going, focus, RIGHT NOW, on one thought.
Your specialness.
Take a piece of paper and write down RIGHT NOW what comes to mind of what makes you special. If you are having difficulty, think about “People say I’m______. I get complimented on__________. My friends point out________about me.”
Isn’t it time to love yourself?
Appreciate yourself?
Honor your gifts?
I give you permission.
As you look at your list. Say each one in an affirmation, picturing a soft pink heart surrounding your words.
Here is an example: Picture soft pink around the words, and feel the love for yourself…
I am special. I bring the gift of being a good friend. I honor that in me. I appreciate each of my gifts and I nurture my potential. I allow myself to share my gifts and know that I am special. I am special. I am special. And so it is……………..
Now you try it
